Beverages: Casual and full bar available. Additional fees for bartenders.

Event/Reception Capacity: The Main Dining Room can accommodate 30-60 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor or 30-75 guests for seated dining without a dance floor. For standing receptions, the space can host up to 150 guests.

  • The indoor porch can accommodate up to 20 guests for seated dining or up to 40 for a standing reception.
  • The Patio can host 25–40 guests for seated dining or up to 90 for a standing reception.
  • The Adobe Lodge Garden can accommodate 50–200 guests for a seated dinner or up to 400 guests for a standing reception.

Meeting Capacity: The Main Dining Room accommodates up to 80 guests in a theater-style setup. Each of the Private Dining Rooms can seat up to 10 guests maximum.

Room Configuration Fee: Any setup that requires the removal of existing café tables and chairs will incur a flat room re-set fee of $150.

Deposit for SCU Faculty & Staff: A non-refundable $250 rental fee is required to secure your reservation at Adobe Lodge. This fee will be applied toward your final balance.

Rental Fees: For wedding receptions, a non-refundable $3,000 rental fee is required at the time of booking. This includes use of the facility for up to five (5) hours.

For other special events and business functions, the rental fee is $1,000 for up to four (4) hours of event time. Additional time may be arranged for an additional cost.

Overtime: Additional time beyond the standard rental period is available starting at $250 per hour and must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to the event. Requests made within 48 hours of the event may incur higher fees based on staffing and operational needs.

Cancellation Policy: The facility fee is non-refundable. If it becomes necessary to cancel your scheduled event, the facility fee can be applied to a different date or time within the same calendar year. Events may be canceled up to ten (10) business days in advance without incurring additional fees. Cancellations made within ten (10) business days of the event will result in a charge of 50% of the food and beverage estimate.

Furniture: All rental equipment needs will be coordinated and acquired through the Adobe Lodge. Please ask the Adobe Lodge Manager about all options.

Music: Amplified music is permitted indoors and with limits outdoors

Parking: Parking is available in Santa Clara University parking structures on weekends. Street parking is also available nearby. For additional information, please contact Santa Clara University Parking and Transportation Services.
